Features include:

  • Improved design - high support seat back with stiffener support rods
  • Adjustable high support straps clip to the kayak
  • Adjustable lumbar cushion inflates from 1 to 5 inches.
  • Extra long tube with TwistLok allows you to change the inflation thickness while you're kayaking, for optimal comfort!
  • Clips fit all Model AdvancedFrame, Expedition and Convertible Kayaks from 2004 to present. Also the StraitEdge series. (While designed to clip to the AdvancedFrame system, it can be used in other inflatables as a free-floating seat).
  • Seat base 21 x 14 inches, back 22 x 15 inches with curving sides.

    We bought this seat for me as my back needs more support since cervical spine fusion a couple of years ago. It works great. My husband tried it and likes it so much we're ordering one for him, as well.

    We upgraded to this seat for my husband who is 6'1''. He found it immediately much better than the original seat. The back is quite rigid, and comes a fair bit higher too, which is perfect for him. I tried it this morning (I am only 5'3''), and was surprised at how much support it does offer. Well worth the investment.
