The Sevylor Rio canoe has a raised bow and stern and
is close in shape, comfort and styling to the traditional North American
Indian canoe. With a double hull construction, it is rugged, rigid, stable
and maneuverable. Ideally suited for rough waters, lakes, oceans, rivers, fishing
and diving - but it's also great for beginners!
Features include:
- Outer hull made of high quality, heavy gauge
nylon on top, and sandwich composite material on the floor. Durable,
abrasion-resistant, not affected by rot, sun or saltwater.
- Inner hull has high quality, heavy-duty PVC air
bladders in side tubes and in floor. Flexible, airtight and impervious
to salt water.
- Elevated seating area for one, with removable bucket seat
equipped with dive flag holder, fishing rod holders, removable fanny
pack with gear pouch and bottle holders;
- Removable, form-fitting stern storage compartment;
- Directional strakes help one keep a straight
course;
- Four carrying handles, multiple d-rings and ties
- Motor mount fittings (to attach an optional
Sevylor SBM 12V trolling motor)
