Shipping Method: We strive to ship via the least expensive method available to us -

United States Postal Service Insured (USPS) Priority 6-12 days for lighter-weight packages and shipments to Canada
UPS 2-5 day Expedited for heavier-weight packages, as they provide the least expensive, trackable method available. We can also ship via UPS Ground to Canada, but UPS charges a brokerage fee.

Shipping times are 6-12 days via USPS Priority, 5 days for USPS Express and 2-5 days for UPS Expedited. Please note, these are estimated times. Shipments can be sometimes held up in customs.

Shipping Weights: Costs are based on cumulative dimensional package weights. If you are purchasing 3 or more kayaks, or over 100lbs of products, please contact us for shipping costs as the price drops even lower.

Shipping Costs: We have provided International shipping costs on our kayak product pages for Canada and countries in Zones A, B, and Zone C. The list of zones for each country is below.

Accessory shipping costs are cumulative weight-based. Minimum shipping charges are $19.95 via USPS to Canada, $29.95 for International Zone A, $39.95 for International Zones B & C. Total shipping costs can be viewed in the checkout window before authorizing credit card purchases.

When purchasing, please select the appropriate International Zone option for shipping from the shipping dropdown box at checkout.

If your country is not listed, is asterisked, or you require a faster shipping solution, please contact us and we are very happy to give you shipping prices!

Tracking number: Once shipped, a tracking number will be forwarded to the email address you provide. USPS packages can be tracked at http://www.usps.com, while UPS packages can be tracked at http://www.ups.com.

Please note: Shipping costs do not include any possible Customs fees or Import Taxes - please contact your local customs to find out what would be charged.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
