About Harris & Lamb, LLC: We have been selling high quality inflatable kayaks, canoes and accessories since 2001. Located on beautiful Clear Lake in Northern California, Harris & Lamb, LLC is an online-only storefront; we do not have a physical store with display models available for viewing.

Returns and Defective Merchandise: While it rarely happens, if you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us via email or by calling 707-998-0135.

Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days with a 15% restocking charge - buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be based on the purchase price less shipping. Please contact us beforehand, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned products purchased during a "Limited Time Free Shipping Special" will also be subject to actual shipping charges - refunds will be made on the purchase price, less actual shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee.

Shipping: Typically most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 1 business day.

International: We have many International customers. We ship via the US Postal Service Priority (1-2 weeks) or Express (5-7 days). Shipping costs do not include any possible Customs fees or Import Taxes - please contact your local customs to find out what would be charged. Please see our International Shipping page for details. Domestic: Shipping is normally via UPS Ground Insured to the continental US, but we also can ship via USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post or UPS 3-Day Select.
