It is an on sale $50 paddle, the main shaft release button is super stiff, it squeaks when I paddle. Not the greatest but the price was right.
Efficient break down paddle assembles easily and works well on flat water. I recommend gloves as the aluminum can get quite cold. The parts are tight fitting so when wet, the paddle is a bit tricky to take apart. However if you let it dry, it comes apart without a lot of effort
