The Kokatat Maximus Prime Type 5 rescue PFD features a low-profile design with the new Dynamic Suspension System (DSS), providing a comfortable fit with unrestricted movement for athletic paddlers.

Wide, contoured, neoprene shoulder straps allow an independently suspended front flotation panel to move freely with the paddler through most critical moves. The Maximus Prime is also designed with all webbing adjustments located at the front of the vest, making it easy to dial in your comfort level.

GAIA is a PVC-free foam which does not include CFC ozone-depleting materials or phthalate ester plasticizers. GAIA is ultra-soft, effectively resisting cold and heat with a low apparent density that reduces weight without performance loss. And, it's easy to clean, resists most chemicals as well as humidity.
