The Kokatat Bahia life vest features a variable-thickness foam back with a mesh vent panel which minimizes bulk and maximizes airflow against the taller seats of recreational kayaks and sit-on-tops.

Articulated front panels curve around the paddler to  fit men and women comfortably and securely, while providing maximum freedom of movement - it's one of the most comfortable high-backed PFDs on the market!

Kokatat is well-known in the industry for high quality gear utilizing green-construction principals. The Bahia core consists of environmentally-friendly GAIA foam with 210 denier nylon inner and outer shell. GAIA is a PVC-free foam that does not include CFC ozone-depleting materials or phthalate ester plasticizers. GAIA is ultra-soft, effectively resisting cold and heat with a low apparent density that reduces weight without performance loss. And, it's easy to clean, resists most chemicals as well as humidity.

The streamlined, front-zip design is great for kayaking, canoeing and sailing while the single pocket keeps small items close at hand and will accommodate small fly boxes.
