About Harris & Lamb, LLC: We have been selling high quality inflatable kayaks, canoes and accessories since 2001. Located on beautiful Clear Lake in Northern California, Harris & Lamb, LLC is an online-only storefront; we do not have a physical store with display models available for viewing.

Returns and Defective Merchandise: While it rarely happens, if you receive merchandise that is defective, please contact us via email or by calling 707-998-0135.

Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days with a 15% restocking charge. Please contact us beforehand, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned products purchased during a "Limited Time Free Shipping Special" will also be subject to actual shipping charges - refunds will be made on the purchase price, less actual shipping charges and the 15% restocking fee.

Shipping: Typically most products are in-stock, with items shipped within 1 business day.

International: We have many International customers. We ship via the US Postal Service Priority (1-2 weeks) or Express (5-7 days). Shipping costs do not include any possible Customs fees or Import Taxes - please contact your local customs to find out what would be charged. Please see our International Shipping page for details. Domestic: Shipping is normally via UPS Ground Insured to the continental US, but we also can ship via USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post or UPS 3-Day Select.

Sales Tax: Shipments made within California are subject to 7.25% California State Tax.
